    InBody provides individual measurements for each of the body’s 5 cylinders (arms, legs and torso) to provide you with a precise and detailed analysis of your body composition.


    The scan itself is less than 2 minutes and super simple however, the results are mind blowing!You are a unique individual, why not ditch the scales & BMI results & give your body what it deserves with precise measurement of YOUR unique body composition.


    InBody uses multiple currents at varying frequencies to provide precise body composition analysis.The 8-point electrode system ensures measurements remain the same resulting in a high level of precision.


    Doing the scan is optional but it is a great way to keep track of your results and progress. It is all included in the 6 week challenge and ANT memberships.

  • ANT NUTRITION METHOD

    THE ANT NUTRITION PROGRAM IS A KICK-START FOR SUSTAINABLE HEALTHY HABITS THAT WILL HELP YOU ACHIEVE AND MAINTAIN RESULTS.


    Life is to be lived and enjoyed! At ANT we recommend a 80:20 approach. Follow your health and fitness plan for nutrition 80% of the time and then 20% of the time you can eat the foods that you love. If you want to be stricter, get even better results you should follow the plan to 90%, but somewhere in between those numbers is what we recommend. This re-enforces the mindset that you are fit for life and won’t fall back into old ways that didn’t support your goals.


    PORTION CONTROL GUIDE



    The easiest way to portion meals is to use a hand measurement guide. This controls calorie intake without having to count anything! Your hand is proportionate to your body, its size never changes, and it’s always with you, making it the perfect tool for measuring food and nutrients.

     

    This nutrition protocol will also help us to re-set our nutrition approach to focus on wholefoods, as well as re-programming our tastebuds and re-balancing our nutritional intake so we are eating with what our bodies

    actually need.

  • Who can take advantage of the intro offer?

    Our intro offers are exclusively for new clients who haven't trained at ANT before. 


    Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced athlete, our PT-qualified coaches will modify exercises to match your fitness level, injuries, or health conditions. 


    We welcome all ages and abilities - from young professionals to our thriving community of members in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond. You'll find ANT has a more mature, supportive atmosphere compared to typical gyms.

  • What's included in the 1-week trial vs 21-day experience?

    Both intro offers include unlimited access to 35+ weekly group training sessions at our Altona North facility. 


    The 1-week trial ($30) is perfect if you want to experience our coaching style and community vibe. 


    The 21-day experience ($97) gives you enough time to see real results, includes our ANT Nutrition Method guide, and access to InBody scans to track your progress. 


    Both options give you full access to our morning (5:30AM, 6:15AM, 7AM, 9:30AM) and evening sessions (4:30PM, 5:30PM, 6:30PM Monday-Thursday), plus Saturday morning classes.

  • Where is Altona North Training located and what areas do you serve?

    We're located at 415 Blackshaws Road, Altona North, VIC 3025. Our members come from Altona North, South Kingsville, Brooklyn, Newport, Altona, Seaholme, Spotswood, and surrounding Melbourne western suburbs. We're easily accessible with on-site parking available.

  • What makes ANT different from other gyms in Altona North?

    Unlike larger franchise gyms or big box facilities, we offer personal training benefits at group fitness prices. 


    Every session is led by PT-qualified coaches (45+ years combined experience, Cert IV to Master's degrees) who modify exercises for your individual needs. 


    We use 12-week structured training cycles with progressive overload - not random workouts. Plus, our larger training space means better equipment access and smaller coach-to-member ratios (we add a second coach when classes exceed 16 members, maintaining 1:12 ratio). 


    We also offer unique recovery options through our Recovery Room Breather™ with infrared sauna and compression therapy.


  • What should I expect during my first session?

    You'll arrive 10 minutes early for a quick chat with your coach. We'll discuss your health history, fitness goals, any injuries or limitations, and explain how our program structure works. 


    Then you'll jump into the session! Your coach will demonstrate exercises, provide modifications specific to you, and ensure you're training safely and effectively. 


    Don't worry about keeping up - everyone trains at their own pace, and our community is incredibly supportive. Just bring comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and a towel.

  • Do I need to book classes in advance?

    Yes, we use our CRM system (Clubfit) to manage bookings and cap class sizes at 24 members to ensure quality coaching. 


    Once you sign up for your intro offer, you'll receive login details to book your preferred session times. We recommend booking a few days ahead for popular times ( Week days 5:30AM and 4:30PM and Saturday fill up quickly!).

  • Can I try a class before committing to a trial?

    We don't offer single drop-in sessions, but our 1-week trial for $30 is designed as a low-risk way to experience ANT.

  • What happens after my intro offer ends?

    There's no obligation to continue, but most people do! 


    After experiencing our coaching, community, and results, you can choose from our ongoing membership options starting at $45/week for 2 sessions, $55/week for 3 sessions, or $65/week for unlimited sessions (4+). 


    We'll chat with you toward the end of your trial to discuss your goals and recommend the best membership tier for your needs.
